Registration includes all meals, meetings, the dinner cruise, and transportation to and from the cruise — so you can relax and enjoy the evening.
After you submit the form below, we’ll email you an invoice. You can pay online by credit card (a $10 processing fee applies) or mail a check to avoid the fee.
The office staff is not in on Fridays. Registrations will be processed and invoices will be sent on Mondays when we return to the office.
