Rocky Mountain Regional Safety Rendezvous

The Utah Trucking Association is excited to host the 63rd Rocky Mountain Regional Safety Rendezvous at world class mountain resort town Park City on July 13th - 15th, 2022.

No need to pick up a phone, just use this link and follow the instructions below to make your reservations.  

1.           Click reservation link: https://group.doubletree.com/bg3cha 

2.           Confirm your stay dates and update the number of guests 

3.           The Group Discounted Code will auto populate under group code. Press ‘Quick Book’ on one of the guest room options

4.           Move forward with payment process to confirm booking

You can also make reservations by calling +1 (435) 649-7000 and asking for the Utah Trucking Association group rates. 

The discounted rates are available 3 days pre and post the contracted stay dates Wednesday, July 13, 2022 through Friday, July 15, 2022. Reservations must be made on or before June 20, 2022  in order to receive the discounted rate.
