Convention Registration

Welcome to the ITA Convention!

Please note that registration for the Golf Tournament and Razor Ride must be completed separately from the Convention Registration. Be sure to sign up for these events individually to secure your spot.

We are excited to welcome you to this year's Convention, where we will gather for an unforgettable experience filled with insightful sessions, networking opportunities, and memorable events.

Identify yourself as a member of the Idaho Trucking Association.

You will have to guarantee with a credit card.  Cancellations after August 24th will be charged for the first night.

Registration Fees

Convention Registration:           $400 per person  (includes all meals & meetings)

Spouse Registration:                 $200 per person (includes all meals)

Spouse option:                         $75  (includes supplier night dinner only)

Golf Registration:                      $135 per person

Razor Ride Registration:            $135 per person

Razor Ride:                                $50 per person, if you bring your own vehicle

Please register separately for the Convention and Golf Tournament or Razor Ride.

Cancellation Policy

A penalty of 10% will be applied to any cancellations.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after September 9, 2024.
