Rocky Mountain Regional Safety Rendezvous 2026 Registration
Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous Registration page.
The Rendezvous will take place Thursday, August 6 – Friday, August 7, 2026
at Templin's on the River.
Join us for two days of connection, great information, and a scenic dinner cruise along the river.
We look forward to hosting a great Safety Rendezvous with you.
Registration is $350 per person
Registration includes all meals, meetings, the dinner cruise, and transportation to and from the cruise — so you can relax and enjoy the evening.
After you submit the form below, we’ll email you an invoice. You can pay online by credit card (a $10 processing fee applies) or mail a check to avoid the fee.
The office staff is not in on Fridays. Registrations will be processed when we return to the office.
Deadline to register is July 16, 2026.
Dinner Cruise Option for Spouse only $200
The $200 spouse discount is available only to spouses and covers the dinner cruise only, including transportation and buffet.
- No other scheduled meals, or meetings are included with the spouse discounted registration.
- If you wish to dine together at all other scheduled meals, full registration is required.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued, less a $30 administrative fee, for cancellations received on or before July 22. No refunds will be available after July 22. This deadline is required because final headcounts must be submitted in advance and event costs are incurred on a per-attendee basis.
